New enrolment information

Welcome to our swim school
 

Here is some information, but if you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact us, or ask any of the friendly staff.
 

1. All students (3 years old +) are required to wear caps.
    

2. Goggles are strongly recommended for 3yo +.
    

3. All babies are required to wear (specific) swimming nappies... not regular nappies.
    

4. Fees are paid for a full term, at the start of each term. We do not charge for public holidays or when the pool is closed. A $50 deposit (per child) is paid at the end of a term to secure a position in the next term. The fee balance is to be paid in full within 3 weeks of the term starting.
    

5. Students are allowed 2 make-up classes per term IF we are notified of absence (by phone or email) BEFORE the class begins. There is an answer machine, so you can leave a message. Make-up classes must be taken within the same term. They cannot be carried forward to the next term, and no credit is given. *Exception made if child has long term medical condition (eg: broken bone)*
    

6. Each student is ‘graded’ at the end of each term. If they go up to the next level, there is an opportunity to purchase a certificate. Levels are detailed on the website.
    

7. Survival classes are held twice a year.
